Derelict Warehouse Site Transformed into Modern Business Park

Prestatyn Business Park

It’s hard to believe that this site was once derelict warehouses plagued by vandalism and disrepair.

Prestatyn’s former Kwik Save warehouses on Warren Drive have been reborn as an impressive 75,000 sq ft business hub thanks to a £1.75 million Property Development Grant from the Welsh Government.

The newly developed Prestatyn Business Park offers a variety of units tailored to diverse business needs, including small storage, light industrial and office spaces. Unit sizes range from approximately 1,400 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft, with options for larger spaces available.

Interest in the units is strong, with a quarter already occupied, several under offer, and substantial enquiries that could see half the site let by the end of the summer.

This transformation has not only addressed a long-standing shortage of suitable business properties in the area but has also revitalised the neighbourhood, creating job opportunities and significantly improving the area’s appeal.

For enquiries, please contact Rupert Chadwick-Dunbar or Mark Diaper at Legat Owen, or joint agents Littler & Associates or BA Commercial.
