A new Tesco store has officially opened at Willow Lane in Lancaster, marking the successful completion of a development project that has been a genuine team effort from start to finish.
Acting on behalf of Tesco, Legat Owen worked closely with the retailer’s acquisition team and Thistlewood Properties to deliver the new store
The opening represents the culmination of considerable work behind the scenes and sees the completed development now open and serving the local community.
The project further demonstrates Legat Owen’s experience in working alongside occupiers, developers and property professionals to identify opportunities and help deliver new commercial developments across the North West and beyond.
