Acting on behalf of Tesco Stores, Legat Owen have acquired a new store in Bollington, Cheshire for their express format. This follows recent openings in Chorley and Southport.
This Bollington store was formerly an Indian restaurant which was redeveloped to provide a purpose-built Tesco Express with new restaurant premises above, keeping everyone happy and ensuring the town’s residents remained well-catered for.
It’s a really exciting time to be working with Tesco on their convenience store offering – while location is still crucial, they’re opportunity-led right now driven by their keen-ness to get deals done and more stores opened while also building a pipeline for the future. We’ve got lots ongoing and we’re hopeful we’ll have more Tesco Express openings to share with you soon!
