Sweet Success – Mr Tee Ice-cream Scoops Up North Wales Factory

Derby House Caergwrle

Legat Owen is delighted to announce the sale of Derby House, office and workshop space in Caergwrle, near Wrexham.

The historic property has been acquired by Mr Tee, the “King of Desserts”.

Mr Tee has built up a huge social media following, having gone viral for his impressive range of ice creams and sweet treats, all served from the iconic “dessert parlour on wheels”.

The property, located on Castle Street in Caergwrle, comprises 3,583 sq ft over two floors.  The strategic investment marks a significant milestone in the company’s continued growth and commitment to serving vibrant desserts to a fanbase not just in North Wales, but across the country.

The newly acquired premises will serve as a central hub for Mr Tee’s production activities, supporting increased demand and enabling the business to scale its operations more efficiently. The facility is expected to enhance the company’s capacity to innovate and deliver its incredible range of desserts to a growing customer base.  Mr Tee also supplies other ice cream vendors, dessert parlours and milkshake parlours all over the country.

Cassim Imran, who will manage the site Caergwrle, commented:

“We’re thrilled to be setting up in Caergwrle.  This new facility gives us the space and resources to innovate, grow, and continue bringing joy to our customers.”

“We’re grateful to Legat Owen for their expert guidance throughout the acquisition process, from beginning to end.  They made what could have been a complex journey run very smoothly.”
