Estate agent and property consultant Strutt and Parker (Part of the BNP Paribas Real Estate Group) has relocated its Chester office to Coachworks Arcade, located within the heart of the new Northgate Development. They become the second office tenant within the scheme.
The new first-floor 2,000 sq ft office space within Coachworks Arcade overlooks Exchange Square and Strutt & Parker join Sovereign Wealth Management who moved into the scheme in late 2022. Two office suites remain available to rent within the building.
Ross Houlden, director at Strutt & Parker, said “We are relocating our team to the new Northgate scheme in the centre of Chester. The new office is a positive, innovative and fresh move away from our old premises and provides a high-quality, efficient, sustainable and modern workplace. We look forward to welcoming our clients and colleagues to the building as well as providing our own team with a fresh working environment.”
Will Sadler, director at Legat Owen said
Strutt & Parker has a long-established presence in Chester, and we are delighted to welcome them into Coachworks Arcade. It’s relocation together with the much-anticipated opening of the Picturehouse cinema in late Autumn is testament to the vision of Cheshire West and Chester Council. There are 2 office suites remaining and full details can be seen at www.legatowen.co.uk.
Councillor Nathan Pardoe, Cabinet Member for Inclusive Economy, Regeneration and Digital Transformation, said:
Our high-quality office space within Northgate is proving very attractive and offers the perfect mix of work and leisure opportunities on the doorstep. I hope Strutt & Parker settle into their new space and wish them every success.
