Acting on behalf of a retained private client Legat Owen has successfully completed the letting of 84 Weston Grove, Upton, Chester.
The 1,059 sq ft former gift shop will become Wealstone, a craft beer and wine bar.
The creation of Wealstone marks a significant step forward for its owners, Tom and Emma Mitchell who have already achieved success with two other bars in Chester. Bluestone, located in Boughton, opened in July 2021, followed by Sandstone, which opened in the Westminster Park area of the city in August 2022.
Wealstone aims to provide a warm and welcoming bar with a strong community focus.
