We have once again been recognised by national property trade publication, Estates Gazette (EG), as the most active agent in North Wales and Cheshire with two of our agents picking up individual awards for best dealmaker in Cheshire and North Wales.
Mark Diaper, an associate director in our industrial team has been awarded best dealmaker in North Wales having fully let some of the region’s major industrial schemes including Kings Court in Sandycroft, Drome Road in Deeside and Prospect Park in Deeside and Glendale Point in Sandycroft, of which the investment was sold by the agent.
Will Sadler has won best dealmaker in Cheshire. He has led on some key transactions over the last year including Oaklands office park at Hooton, Chester Business Park and Chester Steam Mill.
Speaking about the awards, Stephen Wade, director at Legat Owen, commented:
It’s been another strong performance for the team here at Legat Owen across both regions. There has been consistent take up of space limited in part by the lack of speculative development across our key sectors. We pride ourselves on having a long-standing team which is committed to providing the best advice for our clients and this has been reflected in winning these awards.
