Commercial Property Consultancy, Legat Owen, has appointed Alice Holt as Senior Property Manager based at the firm’s Chester office.
In her newly appointed position, Alice will be working in the Property and Asset Management department, liaising with clients and overseeing tenant relationships in order to enhance the properties.
Alice qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2017 and brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously managed a mix of commercial assets on behalf of national clients and private investors at LSH.

Legat Owen was established in 1986 and has been managing property since 1990. The company is proud to say that they are still working with many of the clients for whom they first acted for nearly 40 years ago.
From offices in Chester and Nantwich, Legat Owen’s management team advises over 140 clients across the UK, maximising the value of their property assets. Altogether, the firm collects an aggregate rent roll of approximately £18.5 million and manages £5.2 million service charge funds.
Legat Owen is a multi-disciplinary commercial property consultancy and the management team work alongside their colleagues in agency, investment, valuation, lease advisory and building surveying to provide a full complement of services to their clients as required.
