LEGAT OWEN APPOINTED TO MARKET WREXHAM RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY

Property consultancy, Legat Owen, has been instructed on behalf of Wrexham Glyndwr University to market a site in the town, which has outline planning for a new residential development scheme.

Located to the north of Holt Road in Wrexham, the 5.9-acre site is situated to the north east of the town centre and has convenient access to the A534 and located approximately one mile from the town centre. The area comprises primarily residential dwellings with a primary and a high school. 

Speaking about the development opportunity, Will Rees, director at Legat Owen, commented:

This site will provide much-need quality homes to the Wrexham area. The site has outline planning consent for up to 74 dwellings together with pedestrian access from Holt Road. We are expecting offers by informal tender.
