Acting on behalf of FT Patten Properties, Legat Owen has secured a 6,640 sq ft letting at Knights Court in Chester to DTM Legal.
Specialist commercial law firm DTM Legal will relocate to the second-floor Chester city centre office space at the end of February.
Located in a prominent position on Weaver Street, overlooking the inner ring road, the centrally located three-story building is easily accessible to all the city’s amenities.
