On the back of the hard work this year our Agency Teams across industrial, office, retail, leisure, roadside, investment and residential/commercial development have been shortlisted in the Insider Property Awards – Wales 2021.
Alongside the Agency Award the sale to Ifor Williams Trailers of the speculative 85,000 sq ft development, Boundary Park, in Deeside on behalf of Trebor Developments/Maple Grove Developments has been shortlisted in both the Commercial Development of the Year and Property Deal of the Year categories.
The whole team across all sectors have worked tirelessly throughout the last year overcoming the restrictions put to us during the recent turmoil to being able to not only meet client expectations but also secure a number of new deals in the North Wales market.
