Legat Owen, in partnership with Town & Country Property Auctions, is pleased to announce the sale of the Kent Mountain Centre, on the outskirts of Llanberis.
The former outdoor education centre lies next to Llyn Padarn, Llanberis and had a guide price of £185,000 when it went up for sale with Town & Country Property Auctions last month. The property sold for £370,000; exactly double the guide price.
The landmark site, previously owned and operated by Kent County Council, closed a few years ago. The property comprises a number of buildings on a site extending to circa 7.29 acres. The main house, entrance lodge and footbridge are all Grade Two Listed.
