Acting on behalf of a private client, Legat Owen has agreed the letting of Park House, Lower Bridge Street, Chester.
This striking Grade II listed period building, originally built in 1717 as a private residence and later converted into a hotel in 1818, has most recently served as office space. Now, with planning approval secured, it’s set to be transformed once again – this time into a boutique hotel.
With 8,508 sq ft spread across four floors, Park House is perfectly positioned to welcome visitors to the city. The new tenant has given careful consideration to the listed status of the building and we’re pleased to see the property being given a new lease of life.
We’re also proud to continue our long-standing relationship with Park House, having managed the property for over 20 years, and will continue to do so.
