A residential development opportunity in the heart of Cheshire is coming to market and we are seeking a developer for two sites straddling Tattenhall Road in the hamlet of Newton by Tattenhall.
The easternmost site, a 3.28-acre triangular area, has planning permission in place for the demolition of existing structures and the construction of 25 dwellings, including eight to be sold as affordable homes.
Further planning is also granted for the creation of two office units and a footpath to nearby Tattenhall village.
The second site, a 2.3-acre patch to the west, is predominantly rectangular. Located on the western side of Tattenhall Road, the land has detailed planning for 36 homes, of which will be affordable.
Ben Lamont said:
The thriving village of Tattenhall, just one mile away is much sought after, offering range of amenities and excellent schools.
With full planning and a reserved matters approval already secured and a shortage of land available this scheme is likely to appeal to many of the quality Cheshire housing developers.
Newton by Tattenhall is located around seven miles from Chester and five and a half from Tarporley.
