Acting on behalf of Chancerygate, Legat Owen has signed up a new tenant to Wirral International Business Park.
The tenant has taken Unit 1, measuring 15,273 sq ft, on a 10-year lease.
Located at Stadium Court on Plantation Road in Bromborough, the scheme provides excellent access to the M53 motorway.
Formerly used as a data centre, the property was acquired by Chancerygate in October 2017 as part of a larger portfolio comprising four vacant properties from EE in Glasgow, Darlington, Newcastle-under-Lyme, and Bromborough.
Speaking about the deal, David Tyson, asset manager at Chancerygate, said:
Following the purchase of this portfolio from EE, we have undertaken a rolling refurbishment programme to maximise the value of these assets.
We have successfully let Glasgow and now Bromborough, Newcastle was sold to an occupier and Darlington is under offer.
