Cheshire property consultancy, Legat Owen, acting on behalf of Richborough, has completed the sale of a residential development site at Hollins Green, Warrington.
Liverpool-based Prospect Homes has acquired the site, where it plans to develop 110 houses, of which 30% will be affordable housing.
The 10.5 acres site is situated off Manchester Road to the south of Hollins Green, an established commuter village in Warrington.
