Acting on behalf of The Atmore Group, the Legat Owen retail team have completed the letting of a high street unit to Polka Dot Travel in Castle Walk, Newcastle-under-Lyme.
Polka Dot have completed their fit-out and are now open for summer trade.

The unit was previously occupied by Co-Op Travel and despite all the negative press about high street travel agents, I am delighted to see them buck the trend on their continuing acquisition programme.
