A 108,145 sq ft former manufacturing site in Birkenhead, which sits on a four-acre site, has been sold for £1.4 million.
Legat Owen, acting on behalf of Survitec Group, secured the sale of 1-3 Beaufort Road, Birkenhead. The sale completed Survitec’s relocation to Aviator, Ellesmere Port.
The new owners are West Wallasey Fleet Hire Services, a market leader in long term flexible van rental, operating a fleet of more than 17,000 vehicles. With roots dating back to 1974, the Company is currently celebrating 50 years in business.

The detached former manufacturing site comprises four units. Situated in the heart of Birkenhead’s industrial area, just a short three-minute drive from the M53.
