2026 marks a proud milestone for Legat Owen: 40 years of delivering trusted, independent advice on commercial and residential property.

To recognise this special milestone, we’re setting ourselves an ambitious goal: to raise £40,000 for local charities that make a real difference in our community.

Throughout the year, we will be taking part in a series of events and challenges as we work towards our £40k target and we look forward to sharing our progress with you.
