We are very pleased to see such strong levels of interest in Crewe Hall Farm as a key business destination in South Cheshire. The business community here is made up from a wide range of sectors, but all have a common goal which is to create a flexible, semi-rural working environment where their people can thrive and grow.
Tim Morris, Managing Director of Cymphony, said:
We are very excited to have moved – it’s a great building in a fantastic setting and will provide the up-scale we need to work better as a team and collaborate with our clients. The relocation reflects the growth we have undergone since the company was founded in 2014, allowing us to demonstrate exactly what we can offer as an employer to recruit and retain the best people from Crewe, Cheshire and the rest of the UK.
Speaking about the success at Crewe Hall Farm, Andy Butler, director at Legat Owen, commented:
The South Cheshire office market is continuing to show a great deal of resilience, with many businesses wanting to tap into the local, skilled labour pool. We have strong interest in any remaining office space in south Cheshire and we’re now in urgent need of new office development for future demand.
