Last year, Rula Developments secured full planning consent for Saint Group’s new building, alongside two additional industrial units, creating approximately 300,000 sq ft of commercial space at Winsford Gateway.
The consent comprises WG74, a 74,508 sq ft unit available on a bespoke design-and-build basis, and WG225, a standalone 225,000 sq ft logistics facility situated on its own serviced plot.
Winsford Gateway sits at the northern entrance to the wider 380-acre Winsford Industrial Estate, home to around 150 businesses and more than 4,000 employees. The estate benefits from excellent transport links, with the M6 just five miles away and major A-roads connecting it to Merseyside, Chester and North Wales.
