Himoinsa Power Solutions, a global leader in energy solutions, committed to the unit early in the construction process, exchanging contracts on a 10-year lease prior to practical completion of the building. The move to a new 23,000 sq ft facility marks a major milestone in the company’s expansion journey.
Relocating from their current premises at Crewe Gates Industrial Estate, Himoinsa has doubled its operational footprint to accommodate the continued growth of its UK business. The building, constructed by Portal Construction, has been delivered to a high specification, with extensive office space tailored to satisfy the requirements of Himoinsa.
Unit 4 is the fourth speculative development delivered by 90 Degree Developments at Cheshire Green, and notably, all four units have now been let, underscoring the strength of demand and the quality of the scheme.
