Joint agents, Legat Owen and B8 Real Estate have announced two lettings at Zone Two at Deeside Industrial Park in North Wales.

DEESIDE63 comprises 63,205 sq ft sits on a 3.55-acre plot with a clear working height of 12m, while DEESIDE40 offers 39,762 sq ft on 2.09 acres, with a clear working height of 10m. Both provide dock and level loading and minimum 40/45m yard depths.
