Two office lettings totalling 9,600 sq ft have been completed at Park West Office Park, Chester, highlighting continued occupier demand for quality office accommodation in the city.
The largest transaction saw Mitchell Charlesworth Accountants take 6,000 sq ft at Maple House on behalf of landlord PD Properties. The letting was completed through joint agents Legat Owen and Bolton Birch.
In a separate transaction, Proximo Legal Services agreed terms to occupy 3,600 sq ft at Beech House on behalf of landlord Tavon Ltd.
The deals reinforce Park West Office Park’s position as one of Chester’s established business locations, offering modern office accommodation with excellent accessibility and parking provision.
