Premier Park Winsford Fully Let

Premier Park Winsford

A 400,000 sq ft multi-let industrial estate in Winsford is now fully let after two new deals were agreed.

Acting on behalf of the Merseyside Pension Fund, Legat Owen and CBRE  have secured the letting of Unit 16, Premier Park, Winsford to Liquid Metering Instruments Limited on a 10 year lease.

The expansion to the 11,381 sq ft unit is part of Liquid Metering Instruments Ltd  plan for growth.  Liquid Metering Instruments are an established local company providing reliable, cost-effective chemical metering pumps, and conductivity, pH and Redox controllers.

The modern industrial unit is built to a high specification with the added benefit of a low site coverage, allowing for extensive car parking, a large dedicated yard and feature open plan offices.

Legat Owen and CBRE have also agreed a lease extension of Unit 5, Premier Park to Shirt Monkey, a family run business, offering direct to garment printing.   The premises comprise 8,102 sq ft of modern industrial space with open plan office.

Matt Pochin, Director at Legat Owen, joint agents for the scheme with CBRE, commented:

“Delighted to announce full occupancy at Premier Park.  The Estate has a broad range of occupiers with a strong bias towards manufacturers, which is refreshing in a warehouse dominated market.”

Andrew Willoughby, Director, CBRE and asset manager for the Landlord, Merseyside Pension Fund, commented:

“We are really pleased to welcome Liquid Metering Instruments to Premier Park, and great to see Shirt Monkey extend their time with us.  It’s always great to see companies expanding and growing within their own locality, especially in a challenging economy.  Premier Park really is well placed to accommodate occupiers with its diverse range of sizes and quality.”

Liam Kelly of Liquid Metering Instruments commented:

“The additional workshop space we now have will allow us to grow our stock and take on additional brands for the distribution arm of the business, whilst allowing for larger chemical dosing and water treatment systems to be built without any space restrictions.”
