Acting on behalf of Eaton Estate, Legat Owen has completed two significant lettings at St Johns Court: 1,636 sq ft at No. 2 has been let to global risk management consultants Baker Risk, while Mercury Search and Selection has moved into 814 sq ft at No. 4. Adding to the vibrant mix of occupiers in Chester city centre, award-winning aesthetics clinic Philip Jeffrey Skin has relocated to 8 Commonhall Street, occupying 1,200 sq ft to accommodate its growing client base.
