Legat Owen is pleased to announce several promotions and new starters within the firm.
Sadie Rose has joined the commercial property management accounts department. With 12 years accounts and finance experience, including working for world-leading auction house Christies, London’s leading estate agent Foxtons and award-winning London property management company Michael Laurie Magar, Sadie will be dealing with all aspects of client accounting.
Seb Dean, a recent graduate from the University of Manchester with a degree in Planning and Real Estate, has embarked on 12 month placement with the commercial agency team. Eager to apply his academic knowledge, Seb is enthusiastic about the opportunity to gain practical industry experience.

In the building surveying team, Chris Marsh and Sam Davis have been promoted to associate directors in recognition of their diligence, professionalism and dedication to the Legat Owen team.
