We were delighted to attend the 75th Chester Association of Property Professionals (CAPP) Dinner at The Chester Grosvenor on Friday.

Founded in 1949, CAPP is the oldest collaborative association of its kind. Originally known as The Chester Association of Auctioneers, Estate Agents and Valuers, CAPP has evolved into a dynamic organisation that champions professionalism and innovation in the property industry.
The evening was a wonderful opportunity to connect with peers, celebrate achievements, and look ahead to the exciting developments shaping Chester’s property market.
