Last week, Legat Owen was proud to be part of the Cheshire West Design Awards (CWDA), an event that champions outstanding architecture, design, and construction across Cheshire West and Chester. These awards play a vital role in shaping our region into an even better place to live, work, and visit, by recognising projects that set the highest standards in creativity, sustainability and functionality.
The evening brought together leading figures from the property, design, and construction sectors to celebrate innovation and quality in the built environment. From heritage restorations to contemporary developments, the awards showcased the incredible talent and commitment that continue to transform our communities.
Will Sadler, Director at Legat Owen, had the honour of presenting the award for the Commercial, Retail, and Industrial Building category. This category highlights projects that not only meet commercial needs but also enhance the character and vibrancy of their surroundings.
