Commercial property consultancy Legat Owen has completed the sale of a 15-acre development site at Wardle, near Nantwich, to one of the UK’s leading motor groups, Swansway Motor Group.
Acting on behalf of Phillip Posnett, Legat Owen facilitated the sale of the site, which Swansway Motor Group plans to transform into a purpose built Fleet Super Hub to support the continued growth of its fleet division.
The new facility will provide capacity for up to 3,000 vehicles and will bring together vehicle storage, pre-delivery inspection and preparation for Swansway’s expanding fleet division. The development is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2027 and will help increase the speed and volume at which vehicles can be prepared and delivered to customers across the UK.
